A mix of many dance styles, rooted in ballet, jazz, modern dance forms.  Choreographers can be creatively eclectic with blends of more styles, like urban and latin and more.

Latin Freestyle:

A mix of Latin step work, Cuban motion, latin styling and contemporary forms of dance to club & authentic Latin rhythms.

Strength and Martial Arts Techniques:

Learning Self-Defense in a relaxed but yet structured format (balance, hand and kicking blocks/strikes, strength training using body weight etc…)

Kick AerobiX:

Exercise with a Martial Arts Flavor to funky, energetic beats. Getting into shape with useful defensive techniques.

Latino Motion:

An energetic, fun dance Xercise class based on latin dance steps, styling and movements. Choose from high to low impact – Adults.

NightClub:

Tackles fears of fast music on the dance floor or just spice up your moves for the dance clubs or parties; just get more comfortable moving in your body. A variety of body isolation, arm and footwork coordination for free styling – Adults.
