B-boying/B-girling (Break Dancing):

Street Dance which spawned the main stream Hip-Hop Dance scene.

Learn the various techniques that make up Break Dancing (one of the four main elements of the Hip-Hop Culture).

Uprocks, Top Rocks, Shuffles (six step), Windmills, Backspins, Freezes (poses), Stalls, Tracks, etc… Learn these elements to create your own individual style.

House Dance:

Exhilarating, energetic groovy class with lots of energetic movement isolations and fluid fast transitions. Club-like movement, Freeform. Includes Freestyle techniques such as b-boying (Break Dancing), Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Tap and any other dance forms and moves suited to the individual. The music includes (House, Garage, Funk, Break Beats, R&B, Hip-Hop Music).

Hip Hop:

Based in RAP & R&B. Learning isolation and opposition movements to create sharp high/low Dynamix choreography  to popping, bouncy beats.

Funk/Soul Dance:

Learning isolation and Pop Locking techniques to various groovy music including old school Funk Music.

Pop n’ Lock

Learning how to isolate small body parts such as elbows, wrists, shoulders, ribcage to music giving the look of “Pop” and learning to channel your energy to move sharp at various placed in the body
