Why Should My Child Try Out For The Team? At Rhythm Dynamix, we want to train students to be able to be competitive if someday they chose to perform and audition for roles out there in show business. But, even if they don’t enter a dance field, it is a strong discipline, responsibility and an extreme confidence builder for any student to be involved in (keeps them out of trouble as they grow into young adults) prepares the student for high school and Adult Life “Balancing Skills”.
What Are The Benefits For My Child? This competitive team will eventually be ready to compete at a variety of different Competitions or Performances that happens throughout the year.
The result is not about winning a trophy, but to better ourselves as dancers & people overall and to improve strong dance team skills of working together in a group, establishing our own individuality within the group of performers. This year we plan to attend 3-4 competitions, at least 1-2 workshop and various performances that come up during the year. Extra costume costs, extra rehearsal costs & choreography fees. Extra Competition fees (attend 3-4 Competitions and one Workshop/year), Expenses when traveling to compete include (Hotel/food/gas, etc.). Students will have opportunities to perform for other events as well. Parents have begun more Fundraising Opportunities, like Dances/ Block Party etc. to help with these extra costs.
